Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers article publication charges paid to Global Multidisciplinary Open Research Journal. No other payments are taken.

When you will be refunded in full

• You paid more than once for the same invoice, or paid the wrong amount.
• The journal fails to publish your accepted article within 60 days of payment for reasons within our control.
• The journal withdraws its acceptance for reasons that are not the authors' responsibility.

When a refund is not given

• After the article has been published.
• When the article is withdrawn by the authors after payment, or retracted because of author misconduct.

Cancellation

You may withdraw a manuscript at no cost at any point before a final decision. Charges are only requested after acceptance, so a manuscript withdrawn before acceptance never involves a payment.

How to request a refund

Write to us through the Contact page with your invoice number and payment reference. We reply within 7 working days, and approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method within 10 working days.
